Across the street from 303 Bar & Grill, Neighborhood Cellar Wine Bar, Oak Cliff Social Club, Oak Cliff Pilates, and much more! Stylish& Cozy - perfect for both short and long visits to Dallas!

Doors to the house and the unit both have electronic codes and will be sent a day or so before your stay.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★NO PETS ON BEDS/FURNITURE ★. If pet hair is found excessively on beds/furniture there will be additional cleaning charge for pet hair removal. .

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS ★
Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage/patio/balcony. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.
