The space

This chic 1-bedroom duplex home blends modern comfort with Western-inspired charm. The spa-like bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, and the bedroom offers a plush king-sized memory foam bed. A spacious private office off the bedroom makes working from home a breeze. In the living room, a stylish futon adds extra sleeping space. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated for a cozy and elegant stay.

★NO PETS ON BEDS/FURNITURE ★. If pet hair is found excessively on beds/furniture there will be additional cleaning charge for pet hair removal.

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS ★
Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage/patio/balcony. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.

Guest access

Guests can park directly in front of the house on the street or use the gated parking located behind the home. Entry is through the front door, which features a smart lock for easy, secure access—no keys needed. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided before your stay.

Interaction with guests

We are always available to help and are very active on our phones, should you ever need anything please don't hesitate to reach out through the app.
