This beautifully designed 3 bed, 3 bath half-duplex combines modern comfort with warm Texas charm. The primary suite is located downstairs, with two additional bedrooms upstairs, each featuring its own full bathroom for privacy and convenience.

Inside, enjoy wood floors, marble counters, shiplap details, and a washer and dryer, all thoughtfully designed for both short and extended stays. The home also offers gated parking and plenty of natural light throughout.

Located just steps from Bishop Arts’ wine bars, boutiques, cafés, and live music, this home is ideal for groups or families wanting space and style in one of Dallas’ most walkable neighborhoods.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the home during their stay. Parking is available in the gated lot behind the house. Entry is through the front door, equipped with a smart lock for easy self check-in. Your unique access code will be sent the day before arrival and will automatically deactivate at the end of your stay for security.

Other things to note

★NO PETS ON BEDS/FURNITURE ★. If pet hair is found excessively on beds/furniture there will be additional cleaning charge for pet hair removal.

★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy. $250 fine for noise complaints.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
