The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with the following:

IMPORTANT: Please register the total number of guests that will be at the property AT ALL TIMES during your stay. We only allow number of guests registered with the booking and do not allow guests.
Any guest count above 8 will incur a fee of $100 per guest if registered in original booking.
For unauthorized/unregistered guests, a fee of $125 per guest per night will be charged.
NOTE: Hot Tub is not available during summer.
Our business hours are from 6AM - 9PM Central please send us a message via Airbnb app - we normally reply within 5 minutes and up to 20 minutes. Outside of our business hours above OR when emergency occurs, please call us at Co-host number.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PET★
Due to previous experience caused by pets, we are not open to host guests with pets. Any pet evidence will incur a fee of $250 for hair removal and furniture cleaning. Guests with service pets please contact us in advance.
★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS ★
Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage/patio/balcony. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 11 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.
