Please refrain from smoking INSIDE of the house. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Smoking outside in front yard/backyard is ok.

★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 11 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.

Please put any furniture that was moved around back in its original spot. Thank you!

Guest access

Guest have access to the entire place other than garage. Garage is off limits.
Generous Living Space: With 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus relaxing backyard, there's ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Interaction with guests

Our business hours are from 8 AM - 9 PM Central please send us a message via Airbnb app - we normally reply within 5 minutes and up to 20 minutes. Outside of our business hours above OR when emergency occurs, please call us at Co-host number.
