When you enter the home, you’re welcomed by a dining area, dedicated office space, and a spacious open-concept layout that connects the living room and kitchen—perfect for relaxing and gathering together. The first floor also includes a convenient half bathroom and a large primary bedroom with a private full bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The second floor also features a wet bar and a fun game room with board games, karaoke, a TV, and a daybed that can be converted into a larger (Queen/King) sleeping space.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, grill, comfortable seating, and a relaxing outdoor space.
Please note: the hot tub / jacuzzi is currently not operational and is not available for guest use. Cabana under construction. A two-car garage and driveway parking are available for guest use. !!! Street Parking is NOT allowed!!!

Even if you see other cars parked on the street, those belong to homeowners or authorized residents. Short-term rental guests are not permitted to park on the street.
Guests must park ONLY in designated off-street spaces, including:

This is a city regulation for short-term rentals and is strictly enforced.
Vehicles parked on the street may be:
• Ticketed
• Fined
• Towed without warning
Any fines, citations, towing fees, or penalties resulting from street parking will be the full responsibility of the guest and may be charged to the reservation.

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS INSIDE ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, garage, backyard, patio, pool area, and driveway. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking substances.Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.
★ Hot Tub and Cabana Notice ★
The hot tub / jacuzzi is currently not operational and is not available for guest use. Cabana is under construction.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PETS★
Pets are allowed with prior approval. All pets must be house-trained.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, garage, and backyard. Enjoy exclusive use of the pool, game room, and all outdoor spaces during your stay. Not Cabana. There are no shared spaces—everything is yours to enjoy.
We’re always available to assist during your stay and can be reached easily through Airbnb messages if you need anything. While we respect our guests’ privacy, we’re just a message away should questions or needs come up.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and you may occasionally hear neighboring dogs or typical neighborhood activity, especially when enjoying the backyard.
The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill. Operating instructions are provided in the house manual.

As with most homes in Texas, you may occasionally see insects, especially during warmer months, despite regular pest control service.
